His mediation practice is primarily focused on commercial litigation, personal injury, insurance coverage, workers' compensation and subrogation matters but Lee is ready and available to assist in resolving any type of dispute.

A half day mediation is a cost effective method to resolve lower balance disputes with straight forward issues. Mendelson Mediation specializes in moving quickly and efficiently to assist the parties in reaching a mutually acceptable agreement.
A full day is often needed to reach an agreement in more complex disputes involving conflicting interests and multiple parties. It is our goal to empower the litigants to have direct input and control in order to reach an agreeable outcome.
